Keeping a sharp mind in retirement.

Post by BossHogg on 14/8/2013, 20:43

(Copied from a veterans post on another forum.)

As we slowly move through retirement, we need to keep ourselves occupied with small projects.........Like this guy.

I know - I saw it right away too.... No safety glasses or hearing protection, and I caught something else that is really important: he has no gloves on.

I might be up in age but I am still sharp as a tack. lol!

Its not that I've fucked up, I made the mistake of copying a corrupted image url. Once I'd saved the image to my own host, the problem was solved. Wink

Achilles tendonitis, I've also got a calcification growth on my tendon. I see a specialist in 2 weeks to see if injections or surgery will do the trick.

Not good. I'm guessing you can hardly walk!

I hope it's not going to leave you out of pocket.

I can still walk but with a pronounced limp. I'm on full pay for 6 months so I won't struggle to start with.
